AI/ML Solutions Lead with 10+ yrs experience

AI/ML Architect / Solutions Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and data scientists to identify and understand key business problems and propose AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Define and drive the AI/ML roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Architect scalable and efficient machine learning systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and advancements in AI/ML technologies, and apply them to solve complex business challenges.
• Provide leadership and guidance to data scientists and engineers, mentoring and ensuring best practices in model development and deployment.
• Ensure the deployment of AI/ML models into production, including monitoring, optimization, and iteration based on real-world performance.
• Advocate for the integration of AI/ML into various product offerings and business processes.
• Work with stakeholders to evaluate the business impact and ROI of AI/ML solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with a proven track record of designing and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data science tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). AI Solutions, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Gen AI, AI Agents, LLM, Computer Vision,
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML models.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and distributed computing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex business problems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML model performance evaluation, explainability, and ethical considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Experience in AI-driven product development and scaling solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and MLOps for continuous deployment of AI/ML models.
• Experience in industries like healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or autonomous systems is a plus.
