AI Solutions Lead

You will be joining our team as an AI Solutions Lead based in Hyderabad. As an AI Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete process of AI/ML projects from inception to delivery. Your primary duties will include crafting technical solutions, managing RFP responses, and guiding a team of interns to create scalable AI models that address practical business challenges. Your key responsibilities will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions. You will be required to effectively address RFPs by presenting well-structured proposals. In addition, you will be involved in constructing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and deploying production-ready models using Python and various ML frameworks. A crucial aspect of your role will be mentoring a group of interns, assisting them in tasks such as data preparation, modeling, and testing. Collaboration with stakeholders to establish objectives and desired outcomes will be a significant part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML project delivery or solutioning. Proficiency in Python along with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent technologies is essential. Previous involvement in constructing or responding to AI/tech RFPs is also a prerequisite. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as knowledge of MLOps practices, will be advantageous. Moreover, possessing strong communication and leadership skills is imperative for this role. While not mandatory, it would be considered a bonus if you have prior experience with LLMs or Generative AI, as well as a background in consulting or client-facing roles.,
