We’re hiring an AI Solutions Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects. You’ll own RFP responses, design technical solutions, and lead a small team of interns to build scalable AI models that solve real business problems.
• Lead AI/ML solution design, development, and delivery
• Respond to RFPs with clear, well-structured proposals
• Build PoCs and production-grade models using Python & ML frameworks
• Mentor 2–3 interns on tasks like data prep, modeling, and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and outcomes
• 3+ years in AI/ML project delivery or solutioning
• Strong Python + hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Experience building or responding to AI/tech RFPs
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with LLMs or Generative AI
• Prior consulting or client-facing background
