AI Solutions Lead

To drive the practical delivery of AI solutions for a business stream in India. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from identifying business needs (external and internal customers) to managing the execution and implementation of Use Cases utilizing both internal expertise and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Ecosystem:

  Deep understanding of the AI environment for India and in future for other region. Identify customers and technology providers who can collaborate and learn with to achieve successful AI implementations

• Project & Partner Management:

  Act as the primary business lead for AI projects, managing relationships, timelines, and deliverables with external partners including technology providers.

• Use Case Delivery:

  Oversee the implementation of prioritized AI use cases, initial definition, proof-of-concept, live beta testing and full deployment.

• Requirements Definition:

  Work with TV Rheinland managers, sales teams, and customers to translate business challenges into clear project scopes and technical requirements for delivery teams and external vendors.

• Commercial & Technical Liaison:

  Develop clear business cases for investment and ensure all solutions, particularly those involving external data use, comply with commercial agreements, data protection standards, and TR T&Cs

• Implementation & Integration:

  Facilitate the successful integration of partner solutions into existing TV Rheinland workflows, ensuring they meet our exacting standards for quality and security

• Value Realization:

  Track the performance of deployed AI solutions to ensure they deliver tangible benefits, such as significant time savings and quality improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a product, project, or program management role with a focus on technology implementation.
• Demonstrable experience in connecting and managing external vendors, technology partners, or consultancies from procurement and scoping through to final delivery.
• Hands-on experience taking complex projects from the initial idea/pilot stage to a successful production launch.
• A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, paired with the ability to communicate their business value clearly and succinctly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong network in AI and machine learning ecosystem in India
• Experience and knowledge of Change management (Technology, People, Processes)
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across business, sales, IT, and legal teams.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities within the TIC industry or similar industrial sectors.
