You'll play a key role in driving the development and deployment of responsible, business-aligned AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals Ensure regulatory compliance with global standards including GDPR and the EU AI Act Oversee data governance practices to ensure ethical, accurate, and secure use of AI Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and legal teams Drive innovation and lead AI product lifecycle from ideation to production Requirements: 7+ years of experience in AI product management Strong exposure to financial services or fintech environments Proven ability to manage compliance frameworks (GDPR, AI Act) Expertise in AI governance, risk management, and ethical AI principles Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8504834667
