Agnito Technologies is Hiring: AI Ethics & Compliance Specialist Location: Bhopal (Work From Office) Vacancy : 1 Experience: 5+ years in regulated AI environments Package: No bar for the right candidate Role Overview: Agnito Technologies is seeking an AI Ethics & Compliance Specialist to ensure that our AI solutions align with global ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. You’ll help build trust in our AI systems by driving responsible AI practices, fairness audits, and model transparency—especially in financial and regulated domains. Key Responsibilities: Lead Responsible AI initiatives across product and engineering teams Conduct bias detection and fairness audits on ML models Implement and monitor compliance with GDPR, PSD2, and other regulatory frameworks Utilize explainability tools (like SHAP, LIME, What-If Tool) to make models interpretable Develop internal governance frameworks and risk assessment protocols for AI use Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years in regulated AI environments (e.g. finance, healthcare, government) Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and algorithmic accountability Experience working with model auditing, fairness, and explainability tools Deep knowledge of AI governance regulations such as GDPR, PSD2, EU AI Act Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, product, and engineering teams Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
