Agnito Technologies is Hiring: NLP Engineer – Document Intelligence Location: Bhopal (Work From Office) Vacancy: 1 Experience: 5+ years in compliance-related NLP projects Package: No bar for the right candidate Role Overview: Agnito Technologies is looking for a skilled NLP Engineer (Document Intelligence) to develop and deploy advanced NLP solutions for parsing and understanding complex legal and regulatory documents. You’ll be working on OCR, NER, and transformer-based models that power AI systems for compliance and document automation. Key Skills & Tools: OCR Technologies (e.g., Tesseract, Amazon Textract) Named Entity Recognition (NER) using spaCy or custom models PDF Parsing and document structure extraction Transformer Models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, LayoutLM) Experience working with legal, compliance, or regulatory text corpora Familiarity with document intelligence frameworks and text pipelines Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on NLP experience in compliance, legal tech, or regulated industries Strong foundation in linguistic processing, entity recognition, and document classification Experience with NLP frameworks like spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and NLTK Knowledge of data privacy and governance in NLP use cases is a plus Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
