The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to our team.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate office space and facilities, including maintenance and repairs with ManagementManage meeting room bookings and ensure proper utilisation.Track and manage access cards for team members.Order office supplies, including snacks, refreshments, and rewards.Handle service complaints and replacements related to office assets (laptops, phones, etc.).Address vendor issues and coordinate repairs.Liaise with vendors for office supplies, services, and repairs.Ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.Assist with bill payments and maintenance expenses.Monitor and track office budgets.Implement measures to prevent fraud and protect sensitive information.Provide administrative support to team members as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
