Position: Fullstack Engineer Backend-Focused

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Chennai

Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, Golang, React.js, Redis, Langraph

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our team in building scalable, high-performance web applications. While your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing backend services using Python (FastAPI) or Golang, you’ll also contribute to frontend development using React.js when needed to support full feature delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI and/or Golang
• Work with Redis to implement caching and improve performance
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in all backend services
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth user experiences
• Occasionally develop and maintain UI components using React.js
• Participate in system architecture and design discussions
• Work with AI agent frameworks like Langraph (if applicable)
• Partner with cross-functional teams including design, product, and devops

**Requirements**

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python or Golang
• Strong understanding of FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservice architecture
• Working knowledge of Redis and caching mechanisms
• Some experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience integrating frontend and backend services
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and agile development practices
• Basic exposure to AI agent frameworks like Langraph is a plus
• Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

**Nice to Have**

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, or performance tuning
• Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, etc.)
