Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of scalable and secure Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Architect and implement features following the MVVM design pattern Integrate biometric authentication and manage secure data storage for compliance-ready apps Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, design, and QA teams Ensure performance, security, and compliance in financial-grade mobile applications Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in Android development, with strong Kotlin expertise Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and modern Android architecture Experience with biometric authentication, encrypted storage, and app security Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar) Proven track record of delivering stable, secure, and high-performance apps Prior experience building apps for banking, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
