You will bridge business needs, customer insights, and engineering capabilities to ship innovative AI-powered solutions. --- Key Responsibilities Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for AngelCX voice and chat solutions. Translate customer requirements, market trends, and competitive analysis into actionable feature specs. Collaborate closely with engineering teams (Node.js and Python) to ensure timely delivery and scalable architecture. Lead scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and track sprint performance. Partner with sales, marketing, and CX teams to prioritize features that drive adoption and revenue. Gather feedback from beta users, analyze KPIs, and iterate on product performance. Ensure alignment with compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and data security best practices. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, AI, or contact center domains. Hands-on understanding of Node.js and Python development workflows (you won’t code daily but should guide technical discussions). Proven experience shipping AI/ML, SaaS, or API-driven products. Strong analytical skills: ability to derive insights from data and user behavior. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. --- Preferred Skills Familiarity with Azure, Twilio/Plivo telephony APIs, and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
