Ensure alignment with compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and data security best practices. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, AI, or contact center domains. Hands-on understanding of Node.js and Python development workflows (you won’t code daily but should guide technical discussions). Proven experience shipping AI/ML, SaaS, or API-driven products. Strong analytical skills: ability to derive insights from data and user behavior.
