Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves prospecting potential customers in the USA market, Calling and connecting to build relationships with prospect clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target companies in the USA. • Make or Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce our products/services. • Utilize various tools and platforms for prospecting, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and cold calling. • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and authority to make purchasing decisions. • Schedule meetings and generate interest in our offerings for the sales team to follow up. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns. • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to optimize outreach efforts. • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments. • An idle with domain knowledge of B2B, Ecommerce or Information Technology sales. • Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and any sales engagement tools. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Willing to work in US shifts and rotational week offs as per the business requirement. • Understanding of the USA business landscape and cultural nuances. • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
