Job Summary

Algorithm Engineering Manager/Lead

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
• Develop and maintain the infrastructure for deploying and executing algorithms at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design robust, scalable algorithmic solutions.
• Optimize algorithm performance, computing efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Apply the latest advancements in algorithm engineering, computer vision, ML/DL, and infrastructure technologies to improve systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
  

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

• Ph.D. with 6+ years industry experience OR M.Tech/M.E. with 8+ years experience OR B.Tech/B.E. with 10+ years experience.
• For Individual Contributor (IC) roles: ~14 years of total experience.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Manager/Lead.
• At least 8 years of experience in programming with Python, C++, or CUDA.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Image Processing & Computer Vision (mandatory).
• Background in Product Development, Semiconductor, or Hardware Manufacturing companies is essential.
• Candidates with consistent tenure (minimum 2 years in each organization) preferred.
