About The Opportunity

• Design and implement AI-first automation across ops, support, and sales—map repetitive workflows and deliver end-to-end automations using GPT APIs, no-code tools, and integrations.
• Own customer-facing technical success: resolve support tickets, lead onboarding, and act as a technical liaison between customers and engineering.
• Support sales & growth by running demos, joining technical calls, identifying upsell opportunities, and improving the demo-to-close playbook using automation.
• Capture and channel product feedback into clear, prioritized tickets; prototype simple feature concepts and validate with users and engineers.
• Build and maintain internal tooling (Zapier/Make/Retool flows, API connectors, basic scripts) to increase team efficiency and reduce manual toil.
• Work directly with the founder to set KPIs, measure impact of initiatives, and iterate rapidly in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GPT-style APIs or LangChain.
• Proven experience building automations using no-code platforms (Zapier, Make) and integrating APIs; basic scripting ability (Python/JavaScript).
• Customer-facing experience in onboarding, support, sales demos, or sales engineering with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Data-driven problem solver: comfortable tracking KPIs, running simple analyses, and measuring impact.
• Startup operator mindset—self-directed, pragmatic, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Preferred
• Experience in SaaS, AI startups, customer success, product ops, or growth roles.
• Familiarity with LangChain, vector search, or advanced GenAI retrieval patterns and tooling.
