- You will lead the Bengaluru AI Hub, overseeing a diverse team of AI and digital talents including data scientists, software engineers, commercial leads, and adoption leads with a matrix reporting line
- Further, to support the continuous development, scaling, and operational reliability of global AI and digital products that are critical for Linde plc success
- Moreover you will build and retain top talent, creating a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- Facilitate product roadmaps with functional leaders in alignment with the Global AI & Digital Portfolio is part of your role, as well to collaborate with global and regional functions, business stakeholders to drive measurable impact
- You will ensure alignment with Linde’s global AI strategy
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the hub
- Understand and navigate the complexities of a global matrix organization
- Drive transformation initiatives that improve operations, customer experience, and business outcomes
- Also, you will engage with external partners, universities, and vendors to support innovation and growth

- You have a proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to build and retain high-performing teams
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures is required in this role, as well as international experience and cross-cultural fluency
- Moreover, you have a strong interest in driving transformation through AI and digital innovation
- Good understanding of AI, digital technologies, and their business applications
- Familiarity with software product development and modern digital delivery practices
- You have experience working in a global matrix organization is required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a plus, as well as experience working with distributed product teams across time zones
- Knowledge of AI and digital applications in industrial or B2B environments is preferred
