AI Generationist

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Design or a related field.
• Experience with prompt engineering frameworks or platforms (for example: LangChain, PromptLayer, Hugging Face models, OpenAI API) and generative pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI into products or workflows (e.g., chatbots, creative campaigns, prototypes).
• Portfolio that includes AI‑generated work (text, imagery, video, interactive content) or case studies showcasing generative workflows.
• Familiarity with machine learning / NLP concepts (optional but advantageous for deeper model‑understanding).

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with generative AI tools (large language models, image/video generators, voice synthesis) or equivalent creative/technical experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills: ability to craft clear, context‑rich prompts, define style and tone, and convey complex ideas simply.
• Analytical mindset: ability to test, evaluate and iterate on AI outputs, understand model behaviour, troubleshoot problems and refine workflows.
• Basic technical literacy: experience with using APIs, scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript) or workflow automation is a plus — enabling integration of generative models into pipelines.
• Creative aptitude: able to conceive of original ideas, design generative content strategies and translate business/creative briefs into AI‑driven outputs.
• Collaboration & stakeholder management: comfortable working across teams (product, design, marketing, engineering), translating business needs into generative AI solutions.
• Awareness of AI ethics, bias, safety and content quality issues; capable of applying guardrails, review processes and best practices for responsible AI output.
