Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in building large-scale platforms, mobile apps, and AI-driven solutions, including large language models. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll architect and develop AI-underpinned platforms, drive technical strategy, and delegate tasks to a team of full stack developers. This role is pivotal in embedding AI tools across our development lifecycle to elevate user experience and operational efficiency, based remotely in India. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full stack platforms and mobile apps, integrating AI tools to enhance user experience and streamline operations. Lead the implementation of AI technologies, including large language models, for personalized, intelligent platform features. Collaborate with the CEO to align technical roadmaps with business objectives, prioritizing AI-driven innovation. Mentor and delegate tasks to a team of full stack developers, embedding AI best practices in their workflows. Optimize systems for performance, security, and scalability, ensuring AI integrations are robust and efficient. Stay current with AI and full stack trends to drive continuous improvement in development processes. Qualifications Experience : 7+ years in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of large-scale platforms and mobile apps. Technical Skills : Expertise in front-end (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter). Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java) and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT). Familiarity with AI tools for development, testing, and operations (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automation). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL) and AI-enhanced APIs. Leadership : Proven ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and foster AI-driven development practices. Location : Based in India, with flexibility to align with Australian time zones (AEST). Bonus : Experience in AI-enhanced, multi-brand platforms or consumer-facing tech solutions.
