Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Work with large-scale datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Software Developers, Business Analysts) to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.
• Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and maintain pipelines for model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
  

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and handling large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Exposure to data engineering pipelines (Spark, Kafka).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
