About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team, with a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning and hands-on experience in building and deploying AI Applications that solve real-world problems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using AI to Solve Problems: Apply smart technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to build useful features such as chatbots, image recognition or recommendation systems
• Working with Prebuilt AI Models: Use existing powerful models like ChatGPT or image classifiers and adjust them (using techniques like fine-tuning or prompt engineering) to fit our specific needs
• Preparing and Understanding Data: Clean and ingest vector data (text, images, numbers) so it can be used effectively by AI systems
• Testing and Improving AI Systems: Check how well AI models are working, fix issues like poor accuracy or overfitting, and make improvements using techniques like cross-validation and tuning
• Deploying AI into Products: Make sure AI features are smoothly integrated into real-world applications and run reliably on cloud platforms or edge devices
• Making AI Transparent and Fair: Ensure AI decisions are understandable and fair and follow ethical guidelines and data privacy rules
• Working with tools/SDK like OpenAI, Claude AI, vector databases, and AI APIs to speed up development and make AI integration easier

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Neural Networks
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.JS (preferred)
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI, Agentic AI is a plus
• Hands-on experience working with OpenAI SDK, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma)
• Experience of NoSQL database like MongoDB
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics and validation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
