Role: AI Agent Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph for complex relationship workflows
• Implement sophisticated prompt engineering for nuanced relationship understanding
• Build observability using LangSmith/Braintrust to monitor agent behavior and performance
• Create evaluation frameworks ensuring agent reliability and alignment
• Develop autonomous agents for opportunity identification and communication drafting
• Design explainable AI systems with transparent reasoning

Technical Requirements

• Must Have:

  Strong LangChain/LangGraph experience for agent architectures
• Expertise in prompt engineering (few-shot, chain-of-thought, optimization)
• Hands-on with LangSmith, Braintrust, or similar observability platforms
• Production AI agent experience with safety measures and error handling
• Python proficiency and experience with RAG systems
• Agent evaluation and A/B testing experience

• Nice to Have:

  Autonomous agent development for multi-step workflows
• Agent orchestration patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute)
• Production ML monitoring and debugging
• Published work or open-source contributions in AI/agents
