We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with 5+ years of experience in building and integrating AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML development, automation workflows, and experience integrating copilots like Fuelix Copilot into enterprise or client applications. Familiarity with tools like Cursor and a client-centric development mindset is essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-driven solutions tailored to enterprise and client needs.
  • Integrate AI copilots (e.g., Fuelix Copilot) into internal and external systems to enhance productivity and automation.
  • Build intelligent workflows and automation pipelines that reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, data engineers, and UI/UX teams to deliver AI features.
  • Use Cursor or AI-enhanced IDEs to streamline development and increase delivery speed.
  • Create and deploy machine learning models (classification, prediction, NLP, etc.) and monitor their performance in production.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for AI model integration.
  • Ensure data privacy, model accuracy, and responsible AI practices.
Primary Skills:
  • AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Fuelix Copilot or similar AI assistant tools.
  • Expertise in automation platforms, intelligent agents, or RPA workflows.
  • Experience with Cursor or other AI-enhanced developer productivity tools.
  • Strong skills in NLP, text analytics, and semantic search models.
  • REST API development and integration with AI models.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Cloud experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes for model deployment).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or DataRobot.
