What You Will Be Doing Architect and oversee AI-generated certification audit packages, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications Craft and validate sophisticated security responses, leveraging AI to handle complex customer inquiries and assurance requests Guide the evolution of governance documentation, ensuring seamless adaptation to regulatory changes Shape the future of our AI system through strategic tuning, training data optimization, and refinement of escalation protocols AI Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities Drive excellence in compliance assurance by masterfully blending AI capabilities with human expertise to maintain and enhance our enterprise-grade certification management system Build and maintain customer trust through strategic oversight of AI-generated compliance documentation and responses Continuously improve the AI system's accuracy and effectiveness in compliance-related tasks Basic Requirements Proven track record with 3+ years spearheading certification audits in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS environments Expert-level proficiency in analyzing and responding to sophisticated security questionnaires Demonstrated ability to harness and optimize GenAI tools for compliance documentation and artifact generation Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance automation efficiency with compliance accuracy About IgniteTech If you want to work hard at a company where you can grow and be a part of a dynamic team, join IgniteTech! Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
