Your mission is to master the crucial 20%. Fine-tune the system, train it, and step in with your judgment when necessary. You're not chasing after signatures or polishing policies. You're ensuring the integrity of an autonomous compliance engine, detecting when AI needs a helping hand, validating outputs against auditor standards, and stepping in when customer trust is at stake. Your input, rules, and adjustments will drive system improvements. In this role, you'll collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product ops leads, positioned at the crossroads of security expertise and generative AI innovation. What You Will Be Doing Craft and maintain certification audit packages, ensuring validated evidence and documentation for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications. Develop tailored responses for intricate security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests from customers. Update governance documents like policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans in response to regulatory or organizational changes. Draft AI system tuning memos to enhance AI performance or compliance accuracy through modifications in training data, guardrails, and escalation logic. AI Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification management and build customer trust. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or leading certification audits such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS. Proven experience in reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires. Expertise in using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance-related documents. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
