About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated AI Business Development Representative (AI BDR) to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our AI solutions. You'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and real-world client needs.

Mandatory Policy

🛑 No direct full-time employment is offered at the outset.

✅ All candidates must complete a minimum 1-year internship or consulting engagement.

🌍 Selected candidates must be willing to travel with the company for at least 1–2 years. This is essential for:

  • Cultural alignment
  • Understanding cross-market financing practices
  • Participating in live client engagements and real-time project iterations

Only after successful completion of this phase will candidates be evaluated for full-time positions, based on value creation, strategic alignment, and contribution to Screen Andragogy platforms ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for our AI products and services.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, and outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and align them with AI use cases.
  • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to tailor outreach and demos.
  • Qualify leads based on technical fit and commercial potential using frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, progress, and status in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay informed on AI trends (e.g. generative AI, LLMs, automation tools) to better engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

✅ Must-Have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth (preferably in SaaS or tech).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, generative AI, etc.) and ability to explain them simply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM and sales tools experience (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving AI space.
➕ Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with AI products or data science platforms.
  • Previous startup or technical sales experience.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Sora.
