We aim to leverage Artificial Intelligence and data analytics to enhance trading insights, risk management, client experience, and operational efficiency.Role Summary:We are seeking an AI & Data Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across capital markets operations, trading analytics, compliance, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement machine learning models for market trend analysis, client behavior prediction, and portfolio optimization• Build AI-based recommendation engines for investment advisory and product cross-selling• Use NLP and Generative AI for research summarization, chatbots, and client communication tools• Design AI tools for trade surveillance, fraud detection, and risk monitoring• Work with structured and unstructured financial datasets (exchange feeds, transactions, research data)• Create dashboards and insights for management and business teams• Ensure data security, governance, and SEBI regulatory complianceRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related fieldTechnical Skills:• Proficiency in Python and SQL• Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)• Knowledge of time-series analysis and financial data modeling• Experience with NLP, chatbots, and Generative AI tools• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Preferred Domain Knowledge:• Capital markets, equities, derivatives, margining• Trade lifecycle and risk management• Understanding of SEBI regulationsSoft Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders• Business-oriented and collaborative mindsetExperience:• 2–6 years of experience in AI/Data Science• Freshers with strong academic or project background may apply
