AGM/Senior Manager - Controller and FP&A

Role Summary:

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring robust financial control, accurate accounting, and strategic FP&A support in a consumer goods environment. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining accounting hygiene, driving financial planning, and supporting leadership through data driven decision making and providing insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Control & Accounting Hygiene (Listed Company Focus):

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with

• Lead

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

  , ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit-readiness.
• Maintain strong

  accounting hygiene

• Drive implementation and monitoring of

  internal controls

  , accounting policies, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with

  external auditors

  and internal teams to ensure smooth audit execution and resolution of audit points.
• Coordination with other functions for

FP&A and Strategic Business Support (Consumer Goods Focus):

• Lead

  annual budgeting

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 8–12 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in a

  listed consumer goods company
