Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales plans.
• Forecast sales and prepare reports for senior management.

2. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
• Set targets and monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct training programs for skill enhancement.

3. Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation.

4. Operations & Coordination

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
• Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and competitor analysis.
• Use data to drive decision-making and sales improvements.
• Present findings and updates to senior management.
