As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in real estate, your key responsibilities will include leading a sales team by managing sales agents, setting sales targets, and monitoring their performance to achieve desired results. You will be required to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to develop effective sales strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the buying process will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales activities for specific real estate projects, which includes developing pricing strategies, organizing promotional campaigns, and engaging with customers. Regularly tracking sales performance, generating reports, and forecasting future sales trends will be essential to ensure the success of the projects. Collaborating with brokers, dealers, and other channel partners to expand sales reach will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in coaching and training sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies to enhance their performance. This role requires you to work full-time on a permanent basis, with a day shift schedule and the possibility of a performance bonus. The work location for this position is in person.,
