We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and manage the overall sales and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities Sales Management

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Marketing Management

• Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Oversee branding, digital marketing, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan product launches and events.
• Analyse marketing performance and ROI for continuous improvement.

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with company goals.
• Prepare business development reports, sales budgets, and marketing analytics.
• Ensure smooth communication across departments to support growth initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of market strategies, customer behavior, and competition.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
