AGM - Sales & Marketing

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Conducting domestic market research and competitor analysis in the transmission line hardware segment. - Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Identifying and building strong relationships with EPC clients and strategic partners. - Driving sales growth and managing end-to-end client interactions, including tenders and proposals. - Coordinating with internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics) for project execution. - Leading and managing the sales/marketing team, ensuring performance and development. - Submitting regular reports to management and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets. - Setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and conducting regular reviews. - Identifying training needs and supporting team development. - Ensuring coordination across departments for smooth operations. - Maintaining team discipline, motivation, and adherence to company policies. - Supporting in hiring and onboarding new team members. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the transmission and distribution hardware line segment. - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
