AGM Sales – Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
2. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.
4. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective market research.
5. Manage client relationships and high-value negotiations to close major deals.
6. Coordinate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns that support sales.
7. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen team capability.
8. Handle escalations and customer issues to ensure smooth resolution and high customer satisfaction.
9. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and regulatory guidelines during sales operations.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
