AGM - Sales & Marketing

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and building strong customer relationships. They work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement effective, data-driven sales strategies and annual plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share.
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, train, and mentor the sales team, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring team members meet their targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Customer & Channel Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and the use of CRM software and other sales tools.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Participate in high-level negotiations and assist the team in closing complex deals to ensure targets are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
