AGM E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Strategy

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of online business performance – traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), repeat rates, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Lead digital initiatives to strengthen FNP’s market share in the gifting and lifestyle segment.
  • Identify new opportunities in product, category, and channel expansion.

2. E-commerce Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth order flow, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with tech and product teams to optimize website performance, UI/UX, and checkout experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product listings, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.

3. Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute data-driven campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze campaign ROI, channel performance, and customer lifecycle metrics to guide strategic decisions.

4. Category & Merchandising

  • Partner with category and merchandising teams to curate product assortments based on trends and consumer insights.
  • Manage pricing strategy, discounting, and promotional calendar to achieve business targets.

5. Analytics & P&L Management

  • Track and report key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, CLTV, churn, etc.) with actionable insights.
  • Own the e-commerce P&L – ensuring cost optimization and sustainable growth.

6. Customer Experience

  • Drive a customer-first mindset across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with customer support, logistics, and technology teams to enhance post-purchase experiences.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
  • Strategic thinking with executional excellence and cross-functional leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 05-10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital business, or online retail, preferably from a leading consumer internet or D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue and managing large digital operations teams.
