Plastic Omnium is looking for Agile Transformation Lead- Digital Practice to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyDrive enterprise-level agile adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Coach leadership, stakeholders, and teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.Develop and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.Monitor transformation progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective strategies.Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.Ensure integration of agile practices into technology, operations, and business processes.Partner with senior executives to promote cultural change and mindset shift.Track transformation KPIs and deliver periodic reports on outcomes and improvements.
