The ideal candidate will ensure seamless network connectivity, manage IT assets, and leverage ServiceNow ITSM for efficient IT operations by timely closing of Incidents Service Request tickets. Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based network solutions. Ensure network security, uptime, and performance monitoring. Manage firewall configurations, switches, routers, and other networking devices. Troubleshoot network outages and optimize performance. Hardware Asset Management: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals). Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of IT assets. Manage IT hardware lifecycle, including upgrades and decommissioning. ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Support: Utilize ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management. Monitor service requests and ensure SLA compliance. Security Compliance: Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with security teams to manage risk assessments and vulnerability patches. Team Collaboration Support: Lead and mentor the IT support team. Work closely with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Requirements Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. +10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, and network management. Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Strong expertise in firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management. Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, ITIL are a plus. Experience in ServiceNow automation and integrations. Familiarity with IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls). Ability to lead IT projects and drive process improvements.

Responsible for managing labour relations with the support of plant management and corporate People Team including negotiating with labour unions and contractors. Ensure smooth wage agreement negotiations between the company and its workforce minimizing disruptions or lost workdays due to industrial relations issues. Manage employee grievance processes and provide consultation on union matters as required. Serve as the site expert on union-related issues when necessary Payroll Benefits Management: Oversee payroll processing for plant employees ensuring adherence to all statutory compliances. Administer employee benefits including managing insurance schemes for plant employees. Statutory Compliances: Maintain compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations at the plant level. Manage contractual labour and third-party employees ensuring their attendance is tracked and controlled, and their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is supervised. Liaison with different government agencies. Manage the employee database at the plant level including managing personnel files. Monitor HR and administration-related law changes closely and take proactive action to implement them. Ensure that HR and administration contracts are in place and renewed on time. Conduct site (compliance and process) audits for 2 other locations with submission of report within 15 days of audit and closure of audit observations NC within one months time from the date of audit. Safety: Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization. Set up and keep effective processes and systems for the Series 7 and take 5 safety programs. Drive efforts to achieve the goal of zero incidents or injuries at the site Others: Monitor and manage non-labor costs at the site. Manage plant administration including security, canteen, transportation, guest house and other administrative facilities and activities. Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives at the plant level in line with corporate strategy Requirements: Essential: Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Management (HRM) Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR), or Social Work (MSW) Minimum 5-10 years of experience as generalist human resources and industrial relations for a manufacturing site.
