HarbisonWalker International is looking for Plant Associate - Production to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Assembly: Performing tasks related to the assembly of products or components according to standard operating procedures Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects or irregularities and ensuring that they meet quality standards Packaging: Packaging finished products according to specifications, which may involve labeling, boxing, or palletizing items Machine Operation: Operating machinery or equipment used in the production process, such as conveyor belts, assembly line machines, or packaging equipment Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies to supervisors Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues Cleaning and Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery and work areas to ensure optimal functioning and cleanliness
