CALDERYS INDIA REFRACTORIES LIMITED is looking for Plant Associate - Production to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Assembly : Performing tasks related to the assembly of products or components according to standard operating procedures. Quality Control : Inspecting products for defects or irregularities and ensuring that they meet quality standards. Packaging : Packaging finished products according to specifications, which may involve labeling, boxing, or palletizing items. Machine Operation : Operating machinery or equipment used in the production process, such as conveyor belts, assembly line machines, or packaging equipment. Inventory Management : Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies to supervisors. Safety Compliance : Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues. Cleaning and Maintenance : Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery and work areas to ensure optimal functioning and cleanliness.
