ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning of 4M against approved BOM & monthly production target.
• Plan the optimum utilization resources to achieve the desired results,
• Budget planning and cost control to help meet projected profitability targets and business results.
• Improvise on the SOP’s & WI’s to achieve optimum productivity
• Capability to reduce overall operating costs and improve manufacturing operations.
• Lead corrective action and problem solving activities and participate in continuous improvement activities thus looking for operation excellence.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including purchase, stores, Planning and Assembly
• Monitor quality standards of products and implement, control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Provide Plant floor supervision leadership for effective compliance to operating procedures.
• Manage and lead the team with high motivational levels
• Adhere the Delivery Commitments
• Implement the 5S Culture across the plant, By Marking & delegating Zone Wise In-charges and periodical review of the same.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREIENCE

• DME/BE – In EEE or ECE electrical and electronics assembly, testing and quality knowledge
• 0 - to 2 Years(if experienced minimum 1 years worked as Quality Engineer in electrical and electronics assembly and Testing)
