*Key Responsibilities*:- Plan, schedule, and oversee *daily production activities* for manufacturing pallet racks, shelving, and related structures.
- Ensure *efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery* to meet production targets.
- Monitor *fabrication processes* (cutting, punching, welding, powder coating, assembly, etc.) and ensure quality at every stage.
- Coordinate with *design, purchase, and QA/QC teams* for smooth workflow.
