Agile Project Manager

In order to excel in this role, you should possess: - 5-8 years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment. - Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred. - Familiarity with SDLC processes, cloud technologies, and software development tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.). - Ability to mentor, motivate, and build cohesive teams in fast-paced environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Data-driven approach to tracking project health and team performance. It would be beneficial if you have experience managing global or distributed Agile teams, exposure to project management frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2, and knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools.
