Analyze reference Applications according to the requirement. Documenting the Screens and Flow using Whimsical. Developing Templates and Widget for Code Reusability. Communicate with Backend to get the required API. Create a base project using Fastlane, Firebase, Flavor, State Management. Develop and Design the highly scalable application. Collaborate with a Team to work in projects. Daily standup meeting with a project member and always in sync to achieve the successful project. Share the task and work. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure stakeholder alignment, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple Agile projects from initiation to delivery. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices to enhance productivity and quality. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments. Maintain project documentation including sprint reports, velocity tracking, and status updates. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments and clients. Support continuous improvement initiatives and coach teams on Agile adoption and maturity. Track project performance, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release management.
