Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development and product teams to create engaging, user-friendly designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design elements.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Provide support in the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
0 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and effectively prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
