Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams, developers, and project managers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys for web and mobile applications.
• Design engaging and intuitive interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure design consistency across projects.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, AI design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance the product experience.
• Collaborate with developers during the handoff process, ensuring design accuracy and feasibility.
• Work within deadlines and manage multiple design tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); working knowledge Photoshop, Balsamiq, Miro, Invision or Canva preferred.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
• Good knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
• Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and following accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout balance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must have a portfolio on Behance or Dribbble demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Degree: Bachelors in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Portfolio: Must include real project work showcasing strong understanding of usability and visual design principles.
• Additional: Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools like Bolt AI, Lovable AI, Uizard, or Figma AI plugins will be an advantage.
