Agile Delivery Lead

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove blockers, foster collaboration, and coach the team in Agile principles.
• Protect the team from scope creep and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance and delivery efficiency.
  

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and business teams to refine product backlog.
• Ensure clear user stories with acceptance criteria are defined and understood.
• Translate business needs into actionable features that deliver measurable value.
  

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure alignment of priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies in a transparent manner.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
• Proven track record of driving Agile delivery in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and CX products would be preferable
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent).
• Certifications preferred: CSM/PSM (Scrum Master), CBAP/CSPO (Business Analysis/Product Ownership).
• Total experience 7-10 years with at least 5 years in Scrum master/BA role
