Position Overview

We're looking for an innovative Agentic AI Developer with expertise in React frameworks to build autonomous AI agents that revolutionize student services and admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI systems using ReAct (Reasoning and Acting) frameworksImplement multi-agent systems for complex educational workflowsBuild and optimize LLM-powered agents for document analysis, student communication, and decision-makingDevelop agent orchestration systems for multi-step educational processesIntegrate AI agents with existing educational technology platformsFine-tune language models for education-specific use casesImplement agent monitoring, evaluation, and continuous learning systemsResearch and implement latest developments in agentic AI and autonomous systems

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on LLMs and autonomous systems

Must have

: Hands-on experience with React framework or similar agentic AI patternsStrong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)Deep understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databasesExperience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoningKnowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systemsExperience with cloud AI services (OpenAI API, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.)Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with educational content analysis and document intelligenceKnowledge of conversation AI and dialogue systemsExperience with MLOps and model deployment pipelinesUnderstanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practicesExperience with graph databases and knowledge graphsPublications or contributions to open-source AI projectsExperience with multi-modal AI systems (text, images, documents)
