Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a network of agents to drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, training, and motivating agents, developing sales strategies, monitoring agent performance, and conducting regular sales meetings. The role also involves reviewing agent sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record in insurance sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating sales teams
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation for monitoring sales performance
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
