Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will oversee daily operations, mentor agents, and ensure they meet performance goals. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing agents; managing sales targets and supporting agents in achieving individual and team targets. The Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Qualifications Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring Strong sales and marketing skills Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Freshers can also apply.
