Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in Guwahati. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's agency network, driving sales targets, developing relationships with agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Agency Manager will be involved in training and mentoring agents to enhance their performance.

Qualifications

Sales and Relationship Management skills
Experience in insurance sales or agency management
Strong leadership and communication skills
