Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agency Manager to lead and manage a team of agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring the overall success of the agency team. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales agents or advisors. Set performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective team management. Monitor daily activities and productivity of team members. Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and client retention. Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and field visits. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare reports and present updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in team leadership or sales management. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the relevant industry (e.g., insurance, finance, real estate).
