Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tezpur for an Agency Development Manager. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors to sell life insurance products. Daily tasks include monitoring advisor performance, ensuring high-quality customer service, meeting sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on achieving targets
Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
